The closure was moved off centre and everything followed. The front drapes rather than buttons. The belt does the work a row of buttons would.

One panel crosses the other and stays there. The overlap creates the diagonal down the chest.

A self-fabric belt threads through an engraved Oretto ring at the hip. Pull it and the wrap holds.

Cut sharp and pointed upward. They give the soft cloth its only hard line.
