The proportions were extended rather than redrawn. Length was added at the hem, width at the sleeve. The rest is the coat as it has always been.

Tightly woven and water-shedding. It holds a crease at the lapel but falls loose through the body.

A buckled strap sits above each cuff. It narrows the opening or leaves it wide.

Craft

Woven, sealed, lined.

Gabardine is cut on grain so the coat hangs true at full length. Seams are finished clean inside. Every stitch and zip is worked tone-on-tone.
